- Sicherstellung der Schichtleistung hinsichtlich Termineinhaltung, Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Produktivität und Qualität
- Koordination von Maschinen, Material und Mitarbeiter (Feinplanung) sowie regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Produktionsplanung
- Mitarbeiterführung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung, erfolgreiches Onboarding
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen unserer Produktionsabläufe und Prozesse sowie aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich insbesondere in der mechanischen Bearbeitung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen in einer Führungsposition und Erfahrung mit automatisierten Fertigungstechniken/Fertigungsanlagen
- Erfahrung bzw. Ausbildung im Bereich Lean Management, 5S und Six Sigma von Vorteil
- Qualitätsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungskraft und Vorbildfunktion
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und ständige Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung
