- Gesamtverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft: Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenerarbeitung bei internen Abweichungen sowie Kunden- bzw. Lieferantenreklamationen gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Weiterentwicklung der internen QM/QS Prozesse
- Planung und Verantwortung für interne und externe Audits
- Eigenständige Abarbeitung von Projekten und diverse Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeiterführung und -weiterentwicklung

- Abgeschlossene techn. Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, FH, TU)
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 (von Vorteil) sowie deren Umsetzung
- Beherrschung von Qualitätswerkzeugen zur systematischen Problemlösung
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im industriellen Umfeld
- Selbständige, genaue und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Hands on Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
