With the "Bernhofer 2023" project, our company is implementing targeted measures to optimize production processes. The focus is on sustainability, energy efficiency, and automation to ensure resource-efficient and sustainable manufacturing.

Expansion of our fully automated heat treatment plant
A key element of the project is the expansion of our fully automated heat treatment plant, which is powered by 100% green electricity. The implementation of intelligent control systems allows the process heat to be used multiple times, thereby increasing energy efficiency and optimizing product quality.
This contributes to reducing energy consumption and strengthening the company's economic resilience.
Automated twin-spindle machining centers for efficient and precise manufacturing processes
In addition, automated twin-spindle machining centers expand our service portfolio while reducing energy and space requirements. Thanks to state-of-the-art 5-axis technologies and CAM-supported offline programming, our manufacturing processes can be made more efficient and precise.
The integration of advanced control software enables automatic process monitoring and early fault detection, ensuring the best possible product quality.
